City’s Mobile Office heading to Langa this week

This City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be availing municipal services at the Zone 25 Community Hall on Thursday, 30 May 2024. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the services that will be on offer on the day. Read more below:
The details are:
Thursday, 30 May 2024, from 09:30 to 13:30 at the Zone 25 Community Hall, Winnie Mandela Street in Langa.
The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
‘Through our Mobile Office, we are bringing the City’s services closer to the residents of Langa. By making use of this opportunity, the community do not need to spend time and money on transport. This is a special opportunity to resolve any municipal issues. Please remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
